("MIRAE WEB", "we", "us") respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and, where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through miraeweb.com, including our quote, partnership and contact forms.
1. Information we collect
- Online quote (Korean site): name, company, email, phone, and the products/options/quantities you select.
- Partnership proposal (/en/partner): name, job title, email, optional phone, company and website, software product name, and business details such as licensing model, unit price, average settlement value per case, estimated annual case volume, target markets and notes.
- General inquiries (Contact): name, company, email, phone and your message.
- Limited technical/log data may be generated automatically for hosting and security purposes.
2. How we use your information (purposes & legal basis)
- To respond to your inquiries and to prepare and send quotes — legal basis: your consent and/or our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
- To review and pursue partnership proposals — legal basis: our legitimate interest and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
We do not use your data for advertising or automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.
3. Data retention
We retain your personal data for up to 3 years from collection and then delete it without undue delay, unless a longer period is required by law or is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements:

6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. 7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS).
